Horseback Riding on Maroma Beach, Riviera Maya

Ride through tropical jungle and gallop along white-sand Maroma Beach on a guided horseback tour near Playa del Carmen, with a refreshing cenote swim.

Wide panoramic photo of a group of tourists on horseback lined up along a sandy beach dune, palm and scrub vegetation on the left and open sea on the right under a bright blue sky.

Maroma sits between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, where soft white sand meets some of the calmest turquoise water on the Riviera Maya. Our horseback riding + cenote swim tour pairs an easy jungle trail — great for spotting local birds and mangroves — with time on the beach and a refreshing swim in a natural cenote. Gentle, well-cared-for horses suit beginners and confident riders alike, and bilingual guides stay close throughout.
